Just a few things you should know about the artist Alina Dogaru.
She was born in the small town of Dorohoi, north-east of Romania in 1986 (9 february). A gripping and surprising child, always asking too many and most striking questions, with great interest and fascination for music as her parents say about her.
She took her first important step in life at the age of 19 when she moved to Bucharest determined to start a career in music, in parallel with her university studies.
She fell in love with the voices and music styles of Whitney Houston, Kim Burrell, Mariah Carey, Alicia Keys, Michael Jackson, James Brown and many others, great performers and models to learn from, trying to find her own style in music.
So in the summer of 2010, age 23 she gathered a few players, set up a band and named it “Alina Dogaru & Crew”. Soon after she began touring in nightclubs, pubs, organized events and went down big with the public.
She is still doing that but also working on her first album in order to conquer the audience from all around the world. So keep up with the news!
