Diana Pavlidi was born in a musical family. Her mother is a piano player and her father a singer. Her first experience with music began at the age of five, when she started taking piano lessons at the National Conservatory of Athens and also got involved in several local choirs. She continued her classical piano studies till the age of twenty. Music took always a special part in her life. During her studies on the area of International Law and European Studies she sang and recorded with several pop, soul and rock bands. On that time she decided that she wanted to improve her vocal skills, so she started singing lessons with Irini Konstantinidi, a very well known jazz vocalist in Greece. Seminars with Grechen Parlato, Deborah Carter and David Lynx followed up. At this moment she moved to Belgium and she is focusing expanding her jazz skills, while playing with various jazz combos. She has been performing in various clubs and venues such as Half Note Jazz Club, Petite Fleur, Afrikana, Nomismatic Museum of Athens, Museum of Olive and Greek Olive Oil in Sparta, Gialino Music Theater and Murphy's Law, Point Virgule and De Muze.
