The young Austrian pianist, born in November 1992 in Austria, received her first piano lessons at the age of three. From the early age of six she continued her musical studies at the University of Music, Vienna with Prof. Dvorak-Weisshaar, Prof. Alma Sauer, Prof. Noel Flores and currently with Prof. Stefan Arnold.
 
She continues the musical tradition in the fourth generation.
Dorothy Khadem-Missagh is first prize winner of the Austrian piano competition “Prima la Musica” 2001, 2002, 2005, 2006 and 2008 for both chambermusic and solo performance. 2008 she was awarded a special prize at the “Blüthner Competition” in Vienna. 2010 prize winner at the international music festival “Allegro Vivo” and the “Krahuletz-prize 2010”.
 
She received musical impulses at masterclasses with Frank Glazer, Roland Batik, Barbara Moser, Taihang Du, Petr Ovtscharov, Elisabeth Eschwé and Marialena Fernandes.
 
First CD recording at the age of six.
She has appeared in Austria and abroad in concerts, radio and TV;
at the “Arts and Music Festival of Cyprus” 2007 and the “National Music and Arts Festival, Warwick, England” 2008.
2010 concert tours to Japan and China, including performance at the “Expo-2010” in Shanghai.
