Tobias Alexander Ratka is a composer for any kind of media. He took six years of guitar lessons, taught himself how to play the piano and additionally plays the drums. He started composing alternative music at the age of seven and specified on film music at the age of twelve. His big idols have always been John Williams (Star Wars, Indiana Jones), Hans Zimmer (Inception, Pirates of the Caribbean) and Michael Giacchino (Star Trek, The Incredibles) who have always inspired him and helped him to find his own style. He has been to several workshops and courses to improve his skills.

Tobias worked on several projects as a composer, including "Paparazzo" (2017), "The Plague Doctor" (2017), "Doorways & Dimensions" (2014). In 2016, he got selected as one of the finalists for the "Marvin Hamlisch Film Scoring Contest: Youth Category" and in 2017, he won "SECOND RUNNER-UP" at the "Marvin Hamlisch Film Scoring Contest". In 2018, he released a swing album called "The Midnight Club", which is available on every streaming platform, like Apple Music and Spotify.
